Check out this amazing statistic if you focus just on condos/townhomes in the month of June: for every 4 properties that sold, 3 expired or withdrew from the market. 

If you’re a client or a prospective client and I’ve broken your heart lately, I’m sorry. I look at the numbers and love you enough to tell you the truth. I’m brave enough to have difficult conversations to help people and I use market data to make decisions. It's also ok to explore options that include an equity line to add another bedroom, or renting it out another season or a variety of other options that I’m happy to talk through with you. Expired and withdrawn listings are on the rise and I don’t want your property added to the list.
