Throughout the area, we have some of the most fun and festive events for the fall season. Enjoy these activities in the coming weeks, and be on the lookout for our round up for all things spooky in October!
September Events
- Market Common Fall Fest & Conscious Soul Fall Festival (Sept 26–27): Hosted at The Market Common, this month-long neighborhood celebration features live music, outdoor wellness workshops, local artisan vendors, and community block parties.
- SeptemberFest! at Barefoot Landing (Sept 19): Head up to North Myrtle Beach for the annual grape stomp hosted with Duplin Winery, featuring live music, seasonal food, and family-friendly entertainment along the boardwalk.
- Annual Irish Italian Festival (Sept 26): Held on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, this regional favorite draws thousands with live entertainment, street vendors, and a massive display of classic food and culture.
October Events
- Water Lantern Festival at Grand Park (Oct 3): A magical evening at the Grand Park Athletic Complex where participants design and float personalized lanterns, accompanied by local food trucks and music.
- Brookgreen Gardens Harvest Home Festival (Oct 7-8): A beloved autumn tradition down in Murrells Inlet featuring pumpkin decorating, scarecrow building, live entertainment, and historical tours.
- 20th Annual Little River Shrimp Festival (Oct 10-11): Located at the Historic Little River Waterfront, festival goers can expect to enjoy 2 stages of live music, stilt walkers, balloon artists, and more than 200 different vendors, including a variety of art and craft vendors, business expos, and community organizations. Shrimp and fresh local seafood will be served by local restaurants as well as food vendors as well.
- Springmaid Oktoberfest (Oct 17): Held oceanfront at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront, offering traditional German food, craft beer, polka music, and a fun pet costume contest.
